Maru Small Stack
The L&G Maru Small Stack treats lighting like jewelry - stacking decorative beads in brass, maple, and clear acrylic above a 6-inch glass globe to create these sculptural compositions that work as much for their looks as their light output. The "small stack" configuration runs about 12 inches tall total, making it work well over kitchen counters, bedside tables, or clustered above dining areas where you want visual interest without massive pendants dominating the space. The stacked beads sit on an 8-foot dark grey fabric cord that's adjustable on-site, and the whole thing hangs from a 5-inch round black powder-coated canopy. At 5 pounds per pendant, these are light enough to install multiples without structural concerns.
The E26/E27 socket takes standard A19 bulbs (recommended up to 25 watts, line voltage to 300v), so you control the color temperature and lumens by choosing your bulb - go 2700K for warm ambient light or adjust based on what the space needs. Dimming comes standard, but you'll need an electronic wall dimmer to control brightness. The glass globe options give you different looks: Matte White if you want opaque diffusion, or translucent finishes in Cream, Bronze, or Rust if you prefer seeing the bulb through colored glass. Hardware comes in Antique Brass or Brushed Brass, with the decorative beads creating that jewelry-inspired stacking effect above the globe. UL and cUL certified for North American installations, compatible with most international electrical systems.
Ladies & Gentlemen Studio designed the Maru collection as playful, versatile pendants where you customize each piece by choosing bead materials, hardware finishes, and globe colors. Dylan Davis and Jean Lee's Brooklyn studio approaches lighting as spatial jewelry - small elements stacked carefully to create compositions that work individually or in clusters. The small stack version keeps things compact for tighter spaces or lower ceilings, while the tall stack (14 inches) adds more presence. Everything's customizable for stacks, finishes, and clusters, so you can build out exactly what your installation needs rather than settling for standard configurations. Works well solo over a nightstand or grouped in threes over a kitchen island.
