At HORNE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home addition isn't quite right, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your item in its original manufacturer's packaging with all protective inserts, manuals, and accessories included to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5-7 business days.
